REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

REFUNDS

PasJalou Swimwear has a strict NO REFUND policy. Please ensure that all merchandise purchased are in accordance with our size chart prior to placing your order.

 

EXCHANGES

All swimwear must be returned in the original condition. PasJalou Swimwear will accept unworn, unwashed, and unsoiled merchandise with all tags within 5 days of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse the exchange of swimwear that does not meet the mentioned requirements. No exchanges will be accepted after 5 days. Upon thorough inspection of your exchange we will determine whether your merchandise is eligible for exchange.

Please allow 5-10 days business days for processing of exchange.

If you wish to change the style of your swimsuit you will be charged a 15% restocking fee for your original item.

 

Customer will be responsible for the shipping fees to send the exchanges back to PasJalou Swimwear

 

Uneven Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your purchase for another item with a higher value, the difference in cost of the exchanged item will be required with the same card used to make the original purchase. We do not allow uneven exchanges with lesser value.

 

DAMAGED GOODS

We MUST be notified of damaged swimwear within 48 hours of receipt to qualify for an exchange.

 

SALE ITEMS

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL which means NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES. Sale swimwear are considered as any piece that is sold below the original listed price.

 

LATE OR MISSING ITEMS

In the event your order is late or missing, we encourage you to send us an email at pasjalouswimwear@gmail.com. Once we confirm that your order was successfully placed, funds were received and that your package was not delivered, we will issue you a replacement for lost goods.

All orders outside the U.S. are subject to NO REFUND, RETURN OR EXCHANGE
